From the start, Erin's extensive knowledge, compassion, and patience with both Ronnie and us was most evident.

In a short amount of time, Ronnie, our sweet chihuahua-terrier mix, showed noticeable improvement with obeying basic commands (with increasingly tempting distractions), leash walking, and lessening of demand barking!

Erin's training methods include repeated demonstrations of behaviors expected, observation of owners executing commands, with corrective practices as needed, with ample positive encouragement directed toward both dog and owners!

Going above and beyond, Erin provides written session reviews and procedures, and links to her training videos for reference. Most admirable, she welcomes/encourages personal calls or texts with questions.
