Cain

From the very beginning, Erin was an incredible resource for our family. She was there with us the first time we met Cain at the shelter, helping us evaluate whether he would be a good fit for our home with our one-year-old son. As first-time adopters with a young child, that gave us a tremendous amount of confidence and peace of mind.

Since bringing Cain home, Erin has been instrumental in his training. She came to our house, worked with us in our own environment, and taught us practical techniques that we could immediately apply. Whenever we weren't quite on the right track, she patiently guided us, explained why something wasn't working, and showed us how to correct it.

There are countless training videos online, but having Erin there in real time to observe Cain's behavior and coach us through each situation made all the difference. Her knowledge, patience, and ability to tailor her training to both our dog and our family have been invaluable.
