Erin is stern and confident, while also being very kind and gentle with Barley Boo. He’s a pup and can be very stubborn, but Erin has been very effective in getting him to respond to her commands.

I also appreciate that she sends up follow up instructions and videos from the commands we went through during our sessions, so it’s easier to continue training at home after the session.
